iran and russia oilfield deal

TEHRAN, Dec. 27 - Russia's Zarubezhneft presented the consequence of its examinations on Iran's Shadegan Oilfield to National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC).

Hamid Deris, the NISOC's chief for specialized issues, said his organization has so far marked 5 memoranda of comprehension (MoUs) with a few organizations for improvement of the field of which 3 have so far introduced their proposed advancement designs.

He said an ace improvement design is being given in view of the proposed plans put together by the applicant engineers for the task. NISOC and Zarubezhneft marked a MoU in July for the last to do ventures about building up Iran's Shadegan oilfield. The Shadegan oil field is an oil field situated in Khuzestan Province, in the south west of Ahvaz City.

It was found in 1968 and the creation was begun subsequent to introducing generation offices in 1988. The field has 23 km long 6 km in width and incorporates two Asmari and Bangestan repositories and right now with 20 dynamic wells, oil creation is around 69,000 barrels for every day (11,000 m3/d).
